Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

We provide automotive detailing services including, but not limited to:

  • Interior detailing

  • Exterior detailing

  • Paint correction

  • Ceramic coating applications

  • Engine bay cleaning

  • Odor removal

  • Maintenance washes

  • Mobile detailing services

Service packages, pricing, and estimated completion times are subject to change without notice.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance unless same-day availability exists.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

  • Arrival times for mobile appointments may vary due to weather, traffic, or prior jobs.

  • Clients must provide accurate vehicle information during booking.

3. Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits may be required for certain services.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within [24/48] hours of the scheduled appointment.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods: [Cash, Credit Card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, etc.]

Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least [24/48] hours before the appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit or cancellation fees.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, or emergencies.

5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Clients acknowledge that:

  • Vehicles may contain pre-existing scratches, dents, stains, worn surfaces, rock chips, oxidation, or mechanical/electrical issues.

  • We are not responsible for identifying every pre-existing defect before service.

  • Certain stains, odors, pet hair, water spots, or imperfections may not be fully removable.

  • Cleaning may reveal hidden damage or imperfections previously obscured by dirt or grime.

The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage.

6. Personal Belongings

Clients must remove valuables and personal belongings before service.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or damaged personal items

  • Cash or valuables left inside the vehicle

  • Items left in trunks, consoles, or glove compartments

7. Ceramic Coatings & Paint Correction

  • Paint correction results vary depending on paint condition.

  • No detailing or correction service guarantees complete scratch removal.

  • Ceramic coating longevity depends on proper maintenance and environmental conditions.

  • Warranty coverage (if offered) applies only under specified maintenance requirements.

8. Mobile Detailing Requirements

For mobile services, the Client agrees to provide:

  • Safe and legal access to the vehicle

  • Adequate space for service

  • Access to water and electricity if required

We reserve the right to decline service in unsafe environments.

9. Weather Conditions

Mobile detailing services may be postponed due to:

  • Rain

  • Extreme heat

  • Lightning

  • High winds

  • Other unsafe weather conditions

We will attempt to reschedule as soon as possible.

10. Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address valid concerns.

Refunds are granted solely at the Company’s discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not liable for damage resulting from fragile, aged, aftermarket, or improperly installed vehicle components.

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Loose trim

  • Faded paint

  • Cracked plastics

  • Weak batteries

  • Malfunctioning electronics

12. Biohazard & Excessive Condition Vehicles

Vehicles containing:

  • Mold

  • Vomit

  • Blood

  • Human or animal waste

  • Insects

  • Excessive trash

may incur additional fees or be refused service entirely.

13. Photos & Marketing

We may photograph vehicles before, during, and after service for:

  • Documentation

  • Quality control

  • Marketing purposes

License plates and identifying information may be blurred upon request.

14. Warranty Disclaimer

Except where expressly stated in writing, all services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

16. Agreement

By scheduling or accepting services from [Your Detailing Business Name], the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
